Users cannot receive money back on their Cricfantastic accounts under any circumstances, but they can use it to participate in leagues and contests organized by Cricfantastic.

Cricfantastic cannot reverse a confirmed transaction by users of its services. A user may, however, cancel any transaction and request a refund of the amount paid, at the sole and absolute discretion of Cricfantastic in the following circumstances: 

• User(s) who notify Cricfantastic of their desire to cancel such payments;
• If the payment is for participation in the paid version(s) of the Contests, the cancellation must be received at least (2) two days prior to the start of the round;

Even after taking into account any applicable cancellation fees and applicable taxes, Cricfantastic retains the right to issue a refund of the transaction amount at its discretion. It could take as long as 5 to 7 business days to process a refund. When making a transaction, users should keep in mind the extra terms and conditions that significantly govern the transaction.

Any unforeseen event, such as cancellation, technical failure, or force majeure, will only result in the refund of membership money; winnings based on rank will not be refunded.
